Configs are now synced with the YouTube Series. This includes changes to:
- Cobblemon (base shiny rate 6144, base PC Boxes 60)
- Create (Longer track placement, Faster schematic cannon)
- Cobbreeding (more consistent and faster hatching, crystal & masuda rates, shiny rates in line with S/V with one shiny boost active)
