- Fixed entities on the same team getting slowed down by timestasis.

- Lowered the amount of time it takes for magic knives to despawn.

- Timestasis enchantment no longer activates in water.
- Timestasis may now freeze the surface of fluids, allowing entities to collide with them whilst not inside the fluid.
- Timestasis now freezes certain redstone components such as Repeaters and Comparators.
