Extend Frost freeze duration from 5 to 8 seconds, ensuring that mobs will take at least 1 damage from the enchantment

Freezing enchantments and Snowballs now actually check if the entity can be frozen before trying to apply freezing ticks

Add support for CombatNouveau sprint_attack config option (applying backwards knockback will no longer stop you from sprinting if you have that mod installed and the option enabled)
