  • config options to set MAX_HEALTH for Horde, Elite and Demolition zombies added
  • config option to prevent natural spawning before first horde night added
  • config option so a horde by the lure effect only spawns with a certain chance added
  • fix problem with spawn cap getting ignored sometimes under certain conditions
  • small rework when horde mobs get removed by command
  • minor clean ups and fixes
