- Added a sound on a capsule becoming "unusable" (aka reaching 1 Durability)
- Added a sound on an Obelisk becoming Overcharged
- Added a sound on an Obelisk fully charging up with Sculk
- Fixed the issue with Impact UI not rendering the Tooltip and non-Impact UI rendering the Tooltip when Overcharged
- Made the Obelisk make a beacon noise when active
- Added partiles to display Obelisk's state
