Chat Heads

Sorry for the whole ordeal, all crash causes should now (hopefully) be gone!

0.10.3:

• fix crash when a chat head was to render after any other auto-complete suggestion

0.10.2:

• revert previous fix as it would cause crashes if other mods / Mixin itself uses it too (instead reimplement a solution without using ModifyArgs)

0.10.1:

• fix crash on load due to a Forge/ModLoader bug with ModifyArgs (thanks to LlamaLad7 for pointing to the solution!)

0.10.0:

• add chat heads to tab auto-complete suggestions
• workaround for incorrect skin layer blending when chat is transparent (e.g. when setting Chat Opacity < 100%)
